1. Basic treatment: Before pasting culture stone, clean the dust, dirt, and oil stains on the surface of the base layer.
2. Brick arrangement: According to the culture stone layout requirements, control the horizontal and vertical joint widths between 1.5-3cm. Since culture stone is a messy product, only reasonable layout of culture stone size blocks and color coordination can achieve the effect of beautiful houses.
3. Pasting: Before pasting, fully moisten the culture stone according to its water absorption and then dry it. When pasting culture stone, the mortar should be full, and it should be lived at one time, not knocked or moved multiple times. Especially, the mortar should not be shifted after the water is collected. The mortar for pasting culture stone should be 1:2 cement and sand mortar with a thickness of 1.5 cm.
4. Seaming method: When pasting, after ensuring that the brick body does not fall off, use the accumulated mortar squeezed into the joint directly for seam. It is strictly prohibited to cause hollowing and secondary seam filling during the pasting process. The mortar for the brick body during pasting should be very full, which is convenient for seam.
5. Cleaning: After the culture stone is seamed, use a wool brush to clean the surface of the culture stone (preferably when the culture stone has just reached the initial setting state), so as not to affect the overall cleanliness of the culture stone and leave hidden dangers.
6. Inspection and repair: The culture stone should be inspected and repaired after it is pasted and the mortar is dry.
